The single-level York Cottage is perfect for a couple.

It is spacious and features a separate kitchen and sitting room with a large picture window looking through trees, over the Amity Brig to Hanover Bay.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a Nespresso coffee machine, free-standing cooker with electric oven and gas top, microwave and fridge. A washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board are concealed within a tall cupboard.

An island bench with bar stools separates the kitchen from the sitting area which features two single leather recliner lounges, a coffee table, Chromecast capability and Bose sound system.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail and double showers.

This cottage is wheelchair friendly.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to guests.

The cottage is not suitable for children.

    Close location to town

    Almost everything – the view, the garden (I loved the rabbits and I saw a bandicoot!!), the close location to town, the coffee machine, the large shower and the generally well-appointed apartment – thank you! I will recommend it.

    We travel extensively and this is perhaps the best accommodation we have had anywhere in Australia. We particularly liked that everything has been thought of, right down to the Kitchen & Laundry. Oh – and the chocolates. Thank you
