The City of Albany Christmas Festival & Pageant presented by Live Lighter is happening THIS WEEKEND!
The ever popular Christmas Festival will return on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 December with Christmas Twilight Markets hosted by Green Skills in Town Square and Alison Hartman Gardens, laneway activations on York Street and the Artisan Designer Gift Fair in the Town Hall.
The Christmas Pageant will look a little different this year due to COVID-19. Rather than moving along York Street, floats will be presented as a static display, allowing visitors to view the creations at their leisure whilst staying socially distanced. Float displays will be in place from 4pm – 6pm on Saturday, 5 December.
On Saturday 5 December, meander down York St and see Southern Edge Arts performing with an aerial rig from 3pm, as well as laneway performing arts and installations.
