The Albany area is lucky to be filled with a variety of native wildflowers which can decorate our landscapes.
However, weeds can threaten the survival of these wildflowers, which can have devastating effects on the natural ecosystem.
Join field-active conservation biologist, researcher and well-published scientific author, Stephen Hopper, in the stunning Wignalls West Bush Reserve for a sunset tour through the bush, where you will learn the botanical names of local wildflowers, discover how to identify weeds and learn safe removal methods.
The tour bus will depart from the City of Albany North Road Office at 4pm, and return around 6pm.
