Menang Maritime History Exploration Evenings

The Albany shoreline has a long-standing history as ancient Menang Noongar people utilised the boodja (land) for hunting, fishing, collecting and storytelling. Find out what happened when two worlds collided, being the Menang Noongar and Wadjela peoples interaction with settler colonisers.

In conjunction with NAIDOC week, learn more about our collective past in this fascinating talk, “Southern Ocean Perspectives” at Six Degrees over a glass of wine and bowl of hearty seafood chowder.
